I bought 7 MG/Rover genuine plugs for £25 on ebay. Tackled the job over the weekend. Front bank a cinch. Rear bank a bloomin' nightmare. Arms bruised and cut but all new plugs and coils fitted. Have to agree with some posts that it's good to remove the plastic scuttle/wipers etc to allow easier access. Don't try to remove electrics from coils - undo 8mm nut and remove coils and connectors combined - then connectors are easy to remove.

Result = Smoother running. Misfire gone. Nice, regular idle.
