Has he registered with us already? If so, he needs to log in and hit the Blue Subscribe button at the top right of any forum page.
Then select the first option (£10), that will take him to paypal where he can complete the transaction, then he'll automatically turn red

Then once signed up, he can carry out the steps mentioned above
