My first thoughts would be the crank sensor - can cause non starts and cut outs when failing - if she cuts out/fails to start when you turn her over if the Rev counter stays still this points to a goosed crank sensor. They are prone to failing when hot due to the impact of heat on magnetic Hall effect but can if very poorly fail cold.

A failing Cam sensor would only cause non starts .
