Laptop memory
OK, had enough of Gill telling me that her laptop is slooooow, so going to get new memory
Have identified which sort, but question is, how much to buy. Currently has 1gb (running Vista) and the logical answer is 4gb (2gb in each bank) BUT would it work if I got one 2gb and used the original 1gb alongside it? (mismatch I know but thinking of the pennies?)
Also Crucial seem cheapest but any other vendor suggestions welcome!
