Those washers often get stuck with rust to other components (damper/mount), are then not noticed and get thrown away.
The top dished/domed washer is part number RNS100050 (Washer Damper Rebound), but is generally not a problem with rusting, however the other one, part number RNS100060 (Washer Bump Stop),
is prone to corrosion and also risks being thrown away accidentally, or is too far gone to risk re-using.
Both are absolutely essential.
