!'d be interested in the cause of this as well. Mine has exactly the same problem (or behaviour if you would like) and haven't found the cause as of yet. No sunroof, no leakage of the front windscreen or any other leakage I could find (carpets dry).
So I will be following this thread with interest to see if someone has a bright idea what might cause it
