Hi Rob & Jan (Sjonnie),

I had this a few years ago. The fresh air/recirculation flap (visible in the passenger footwell) should be in the recirculation position when the ignition is off. Mine wasn't so humid air was entering the car at all times. I found that a screw was missing in the flap lever linkage. Fitting one cured the misting.
