The Freelander has a slightly longer pipe on the input side, however you can simply put a bend in the pipe, or change it for one from the old slave.
In terms of bleeding the master, I made a pipe up using a quick coupling and the bleed nipple from an old slave to enable the master to be bled in isolation to the slave, works a treat too
