I have one of those ,its " L "series Diesel made by Rover at Longbridge . Two belts , one at front driving cams, the other at rear driving injection pump. Early Land Rover Freelander had the same engine . DMGRS supply some spares https://www.dmgrs.co.uk/collections/...s-engine-parts
Not sure of interval but will have a look at my Handbook & report back
Rover recommended Belts change every 84 K Miles ( 134K Kms ) or 7 years which ever earlier.
