The last person* to tighten this plug went a bit mad to compensate for the lack of a washer - I had to use a 300mm breaker bar to undo it!

For info:
Torx T50 gearbox drain plug.
Thread diameter 17.65mm.
Flange diameter 22.61mm.
Machined face on box - diameter 26mm approx.
