Had to do the same thing back end of last year. Front and rear Passenger side had about a cm of water under the carpet. It turned out to be leaking from the rear window. I used a product called Captain Trolley's creeping crack cure as recommended on here. Worked a treat and not had a single drop of water get in since using it. Carpet took a good couple of weeks to fully dry out. One tip for you, If you have a carpet cleaner, get a small flexy tube for the end and put it inside the holes at the bottom of the seat bars as they fill up with water. You think you have got all of it and the next day there is another load in there. It comes out of them. You will see what I mean when the seats and carpet are out.
