Thanks for the replies and advice chaps, great as usual. Good effort Zeb on the reason. Apparently it was a day late because it had fallen off the pallet and had to be repackaged by TNT.
Still claim that its now my responsabilty because it was signed for. Don't think so, recorded delivery on its way to him tomorrow.
