May be of help if you have just snapped the head off The bolt is only threaded in one half of the hub . In my case the threaded half came out easily with a stilson wrench just getting a bite on the projecting threads ; it was the plain shank which had seized solid and had to be beaten severely !
Yep had to do similar on a spare strut from the car I scrapped.

Also had a rounded pinch bolt head that I filed down to the next spanner size, then with a soak in penetrating oil, a couple of good clumps with the lump hammer and using an impact socket it came out.
