Worse of all the loose nut on the anti-roll bar linkage is because the linkage itself is broken.
However he did say that If I can find the parts myself he can fit them all for £150.

Hi David.
Rear springs should really be fitted is pairs.
Rear OS suspension arm I would contact (Mickyboy) to see if he as a good one along with the spring, other wise once again you may as well do both.
He may also be able to sort you out with front suspension arms that is if you do not want to go for new ones ?
