Default Oil light coming on..diesel..

Hi Folks,

The oil light won’t go out until about 1800 rpm...
I know it needs an oil change but I just changed the filter for now due to all the rain. Changing the filter alone hasn’t helped.
I need to replace the PCV filter.. could this cause the problem?

I suppose it could be something deeper like the pressure relief valve being stuck with crud or the sensor being faulty but I’d appreciate any opinions..

BTW the engines done 235k and otherwise runs fine.

Thanks guys.
