Well I got round to Sound deadening both front doors.
I got the sound deadening which Mangoman posted (thanks), 1st I resealed behind the speaker and all the openings in the door and then used that's left of the deadening on the door panels.

And what a different it makes, it brings out the best of the focal speakers.
There is still some small rattlings at high volume but no where near as much.
