yes those in your link would fit, but use the old ones I have changed dozens of these manifold over the last 8 years and only ever used a new set once.
I have fitted three over the weekend alone and all were fitted with the manifold gaskets that were with the manifold in the first place.
Hopefully when cleaned out it should look something like this inside
