I was on the same after my heart attack, I suffered with the side effects as you described and couldn't go to work, my GP took me straight off them and within 2 weeks the symptoms had just about cleared up, I won't go back on them even though my GP isn't happy about it, it's about 18 months now and I've been ok and I can now function normally.
