photos are to large
it is a four wire 3 speed fan, from the back of the motor you can see the green erosion, so the motor & the brushes will need investigation, by removing the lid off the motor something you could do and find out for sure.
Another was is remove your bumper from your car and plug it into the cars loom, then do a demist test on it.
That will help you now if the low speed is working or not, if not then 99.9 percent the medium speed will most likely not work either.
