Another year has come and gone, and another year enjoying my Connie. Not so enjoyable was the bill for replacing the clutch recently.
Apart from the MoT, which she passed with no advisories, there were no other repairs necessary. All in all, it's worth it to keep this lovely driver on the road.
The membership has also been renewed, as the help and information given over the years has proved invaluable, especially in the first year. It is worth every penny.
The downside is, that don't know how long I'll be able to keep her. The arthritis in my right hip has kicked in big time, and it looks like a hip replacement will be the next step. The waiting time is just over a year though, and even on pain killers getting in and out of the car is not easy.
