Dad can't actually walk more than few yards without a sit down ..

Seems I overstayed 9 mins outside the 20+ 10 grace period .

think they can stick it !!

Will pay it by ear .

Liz got one of these from PE years ago about 5 hours after we sold the Fiat X19 .. so wasn't even us.

Then we ignored it and they stopped sending after 2 letters
