It should be possible. You need a DAB+ adapter/antenna which you will find on FleeBAY or AliExpress and than you will need a DAB+ app to install on your unit. Before downloading an app check the Android version of the 3 and make sure you download an app that works with your Android version.
PS. The DAB+ adapter usually connects via USB so you would have to have a spare USB connector on your unit.
