I won't be spraying that on the webbing in view of the potential for chemical degradation to the material. I will though give it a proper soaking in a bowl and apply some rub-a-dub-dub with a little fabric cleaner as that contains no constituent substances which will harm it. Hopefully it'll make a difference.
