Uplifting friends coming in from Malta at Edinburgh Airport yesterday.
We arrived in the car park about 10 minutes before their flight was due. The flight was actually early and had already landed by the time we entered the terminal then there was a hiccup with the baggage carousel which delayed our friends exit.
We were back out at the ticket machine with four minutes left under our 1 hour @ £10 and got gubbed for £16
In over 50 years driving that is definitely the most expensive car parking I’ve had.
