I took the front bumper off and replaced the burners in both headlamps today, then gave the lenses a polish as they were starting to dull, I couldn't spray them in clearcote as they need 24 hours to dry, instead they had a good coating of turtle wax headlamp restorer, it also gave me the opportunity to have a check around on the front of the engine, since fitting an engine tray I'm surprised at how dry it all is in there.
I also checked then nipped up all the allen bolts on the undertray.

The bonnet needs moving back slightly but I'll do that when we have a couple of days of dry weather as I can then align the whole front properly and clearcote the headlamps.

I managed to separate the dosing pump from the bracket without damaging anything, next stage is to finish off rubbing it down then some paint.
