That must leave the crossbar of the H trapped between the axle stands. So I'll have to lift the tank slightly off one stand, slide the crossbar over it, then lower the tank onto the stand again.

I got it on eBay in 2016. Here's the seller's page (no items listed at present) -

The exhaust will already be lowered to get the subframe off though.
