Have a chat with a local driving school. They will give you an unbiased assessment of your driving. If they are happy and you are happy, carry on. However, if you have any doubts or you think that the expense isn't worth it, for the small amounts of travel that you are doing, a few taxi fares will be neither here or there. I've told my family to take the keys off me if they think that I'm not fit to drive. Better safe than sorry in my opinion.
