Hi Ray

I also agree with the above advice.

It doesn't have to be a T4 specifically to scan your car & any good quality scanner will do the job.

If nothing shows up on the scanner in the way of fault codea etc, I would then get a compression test done.

This will give you a better idea of mechanical condition inside the engine & if there is an internal fault (vales/head gasket)

As said above though, I very much doubt wether it is internal.

A couple of things that haven't been suggested are either Injectors & Air leaks.

I hope you gat it sorted soon.
