One possibility i would love to explore would be an week end camping meeting up with the other groups, and a club BBQ, maybe, too late for this year, but in 2023 because it would need organising on an regional, possibly national basis.

You don’t need to be a Regional Secretary to put a meet/event together. Just find the right venue and put up a date.
