People who are practised at clutches can do it a lot quicker than 5 hours. Having had the slave changed on mine it was all swapped in less than 2 hours, and that wasn't with them rushing! It was quite interesting to see how it all comes apart.

And before anyone says anything, the slave had gone noisy (metal slave) and the AP clutch had done around 1K miles, so that's why the clutch itself wasn't replaced. But when you change the slave if it's a worn clutch you might as well swap it as it's only a couple extra bolts.
