By coincidence yesterday, we could not get the BBC and I had cancel the acupuncture as we had to wait in for the TV repair man to come. He replaced a router box and the BBC channel was restored. This afternoon I am seeing the chiropodist about my athletes foot. I am not sure if I will go back to the Chinese Acupuncturist. What he did to me last week was very painful and it seemed to make the pain worse. He charged me £10 for my own needles which I get to keep and he said the treatment is going to be expensive at around £500 per week cash. I told him his fees were high and I am a retired NHS nurse, I don’t have much money as I have to support a wife and I have cows to look after. So I have asked him to ring me back with much lower charges. Have a great day

Blimey! Phil £500 for acupuncture daylight wobbery I had a 13 week course a while ago when I first started having trouble with my lower back, I cant say I felt anything in the feet & back where she stuck them in but it did improve the sciatica.

I've been into town on the charabanc to pay a cheque into the Co-Op bank, it isn't worth taking the car and finding somewhere to park since getting the concessionary travel pass.
The bank is just off the Square where Fred Dibnah's statue is.

The rains not far off judging by the sky.
