Back in the 80's I use to spend hours in my local Currys and Dixons store just gazing at all the electronics, I would then come home and sketch them and add in my own style, you could say I was a right nerd.
The 80's styling certainly defined a decade where stylish sharp lines and bright colour text and graphics took centre stage. This has lead me to service my old 80's Boomboxes and and display them with authentic Dixons and Currys price signage/shelf talkers. The prices are correct as they were back in the 1980's, a bit of google searching helped me with that one. This is my little bit of happiness that puts a big smile upon my face, I've also just found my old Walkmans which are still boxed, so these will also be going on display.
