Check pin 10 hasn't rotted off connector CO331 of the ECM, second connector nearest the injector loom, bottom light most pin looking directly at the connector
This runs in the loom as a black and purple wire, which provides the pull in ground for the fuel pump relay.
You can temporarily connect a ground wire to this pin by opening the ECM and
carefully grounding the pin arrowed in this picture......
If the wiring is sound, the fuel pump will run
