BCU question.
What issues is there with temporarily putting in a BCU from another car into a ZT, other than various things may not work properly.

In my experience, none. I used a Tourer BCU in my saloon when the original BCU got condemned during the remote T4 project. Worked fine as I even had the matching remote boards. Then when Toaf came out I doctored the settings to suit the saloon.

cheers will have a try ..
Reason..... I want to a add a replacement key PCB in the 260... But Toaf does a fair bit on the V8 but will not read the BCU.. So hoping to just swap the BCU's tp my cdti read it save it add the key and pop it back in the car. Already got this same PCB added to the cdti to test and all ok .. Might even put my Mk2 BCU in the mix to add the boot pop up Chris
