Thank you for your post.The horse hasn't been in the field the last few times I've driven past,probably a couple of weeks.As stated earlier I don't think for a second it was being deliberately mistreated but I was concerned how it was almost constantly shaking it's head as if the hood was agitating it,and also whether the horse was able to see through the hood or not.If/when it reappears it continues to show signs of irritation I will get a welfare check on it.
