A pregnant single woman attends the Doctors surgery for an ultrasound, the doctor tells her she is going to have a little girl. He then asks her what the baby will be called, Helen replies the woman, Iv'e got 5 other girls and they are all called Helen. Isn't that a bit confusing asks the doctor, what happens if there all upstairs and you want to call one of them down. Thats easy replies the woman, I use their surname.
