Default Rover MG dash lights

After having my connie for 18months and getting used to the nice orange glow, even adding some orange LED's to the doors (marmite lighting), it was a bit of a surprise when my ZT-T came along with a mixture of blue and orange. Why didn't they either leave it all orange or make it all blue? How much of a job is it to make the odometer section of the dash and the aircon/heater controls blue to match the rest of the blue dials?

Which is orange the clock or the IPK?

Probably had one or the other changed at some point, as there was no mix and match, and ZT came with either white or blue as standard

Im lucky enough that Gary converted all the interior to blue, window switches, light switch, lock button etc etc.
Last thing i need to get converted is the new MG7 style climate unit,

If you find anyone who can do that, please post the results on the forum. It looks rather difficult (to me anyway).

You don't say what year your ZT-T is?
As already said, the IPK (speedo/RPM etc) & the clock should be either White or Blue.
The climate control display is Orange.
Again as already said, Rick-Sta now appears to be the member to contact if you want to change colours.

Klarzy was doing it last but if Rick has taken over then i'd start there, i asked Pete if he'd do it some months ago and im sure he said £20 + postage either way to change the MG7 unit to blue.

It's a facelift 2004

Speedo, revcounter and clock are blue, IPK/odometer temp display etc. and heater controls orange. Just think it would have looked better to all match whichever colour they chose.
