![]() Watched a hot air balloon race today. Are they entirely wind blown or are they navigable? Anybody done one? I know warm/cool air currents can help rise and fall, but direction?

![]() The Chinese weather baroons can have some steering ability. Some if not all of those downed recently over the US had a prop and a rudder.
