I volunteered to assist Andy with collection of deposits but without my having the necessary details of arrangements with the Ely, this has not been possible.

Evening Gents
As alan has quite rightly said , he has kindly offered to help with deposits for this meet/Christmas meal.
I have had a heck of a lot on as well as not being well of late.
However I`m now feeling much better and getting my mind back on the jobs that need getting on with , ref cars Julien and Derek I will sort dates with you both on sunday.
With ref to the Christmas ely meet , I have reserved a table for 20 people.
Lets get filling it up!! Have confirmed this today.
Alan if you want to collect deposits that's fine , or be happy to crack on since I hadn't got around to passing on the details to you. just pm with your choice.
Will update the Christmas meal thread this week when I have heard from Alan.
kind regards to all
Andy
