Arrow Frog & Wicket 2012 Photos....

Hi, just wanted to say thank you to the organisers of this meet, and the Frog & Wicket for letting us be there - "Thank You"!

Here are some photos I took, sorry that they are a bit dark but I think my camera was playing up, apologies. (I did take more but the were just to dark, sorry).

And I was very surprised to see that I was the only one there with a Copperleaf, usually far more popular!? But I have to say, there was some nice example present.....

My little 'Collection'....lol.

Also a big thank you to Paul who checked my 'VIS' Motors..... Thank You.

I hope you all enjoy the photos...

Default Frog and Wicket

Excellent turnout this was my first meet and it most certainly wont be my last, The missus came along and was impressed with the courtesy and conversation .
The one person I was hoping to meet dissapeared while we were having lunch. and that was you Windrush sorry we missed you after hearing so much about you on the forum.
Never mind next time.
I was well impressed with only having just arrives and somebody said to me you must be Julien!! how did he know that never ever met the guy before, Reebs introduced himself and came and had a look at the car and gave me a tips about the rear blind not working and how to free the motor.
Will have a go at that next weekend. said the car looke good.

It was a pleasure meeting you guys and to do the same again soon. And many thanks to you Steve!!

Hi Craig, it was great chatting but I'm just wondering how come you have Unions on the front and I think Meteors on the rear of your car? Aren't the Meteors 15"? I know the Unions are 16".....

And I was hoping that no one noticed. After fitting new Brake discs yesterday, I noticed that the rear tyre was wearing unevenly, and explained my vibration at 70ish. I had also had a bad puncture a few weeks ago so no good spare. This morning I put my spare set of 15"s on the back, as the overall diameter is the same. The car drove fine today and had no vibration.
I had a look at the 16" taken off the car this evening only to see 3 big bubbles on the inside walls-so it was a good idea- Oh well now for new tyes next week.

(you can google " n' boer maak a plan" )

Craig

Yes a good turn out mate....

Would like to say thanks to Steve for arranging the day and it was nice to meet up with some old and new faces!!

Including the very random Dee ! This woman crashed the meet explaining her love of her old 75 which she had recently scapped due to clutch failure Just a touch excentric...

Shall see you all at the national, or even at South Centrals MK meet if you fancy popping along!!

Cheers, Pete
