Default Rover 75 Connoisseur 1.8T SE

This is a very reluctant sale of a much cherished car.The reason for sale is purely that I have taken the car as far as I can take it as a project.

I have owned the car for nearly four years and have had 50k plus miles of enjoyment from it.

The car is fully loaded with the usual Connoisseur SE refinements
Ash grey [black leather] Electric/memory
High line IPK
Rain sensors
Dipping rear view mirror
Electric sun blind
Parking sensors
Alpine Symphony with six CD changer

The car has a host of extras that have been fitted which will be included in the sale.

Chrome bullet powerfold mirrors
Smokestone/walnut steering wheel
leather walnut cap gear lever knob
Genuine walnut handbrake sleeve
Harman/Kardon speakers and tweeters..no sub woofer.
MG ZT 11 Spoke alloys
Crofts door finishers
OEM xenon lights
Real wood dash
and a host of pre project drive trim items.

The car is absolutely mechanically sound and is meticulously maintained. The engine has no cooling issues or coolant loss and the MLS gasket kit was fitted over four years ago.To benefit the system a stainless steel T-piece is fitted to the top hose. The timing belt/tensioner and water pump were changed recently along with the auxiliary drive belts. The aircon and cooling fans are in perfect working order and the car has benefited from a synthetic oil change on a six month basis. The car has recently had a T4 enabled 160 BHP upgrade.

The car was first registered in May 2003 and has now covered 97K with a full service history. The bodywork I would consider to be good for the year of the car although a few areas could be made good.

The Tax and MOT are valid until April 2012.

Considering the amount of sought after extras and rare parts that are fitted,I would like to return £1,950 for the car.

Any questions please feel free to drop me a pm.

I have seen this car on many occasionings and can confirm ( as I am sure others can ) that it is a superb example.

If I was not so attached to my own Classic SE then I would be first in line.

Good luck with the sale, a lot of car for the money.

Very nice, and with all the mods plus all the care & attention lavished on it, is worth every penny to someone.

Best of luck with the sale,

Price reduction to £1,950. Take into consideration the modifications and extras fitted to the car.

This will be the last reduction before the car is reversed to the standard specification, and unfortunately traded in.
