Default stiff gear change

Hello
I have a 1.8 zt 53 plate just about to hit 83 thousand miles.

Found recently after a bit of driving it becomes hard to get it into 1st one minute then next time I stop it's fine. Clutch doesn't slip and bite is about 2 inch off the floor. Having clutch bled on thursday, thought I'd try the cheap option 1st.

Does anyone have any thoughts or advice on the matter

with the engine stopped does it go in more easy or is it the same if its more easy it sounds like a hydrolic problem with the clutch system

Taking it to a clutch specialist tomorrow to have clutch bleed. Is there anything specifically I should ask them to check. As far as I can see there are No leaks.
