Door locked
Back door left open no longer than inside. He had someone this problem? How to dismantle the door to check mechanism?

Sounds like the cam on the backplate has failed....usual signs are opens from the inside, but not the outside...

Yes, it is open from the inside but not the outside. It is necessary to change just a piece or the whole mechanism?
