FS - Genuine Tourer Tow Bar **SOLD**
Genuine MGR quick release towbar and twin electrics. Was sourced for my car but decided no longer required.
Towbar is as new, and I suspect was never used.(or minimal use ) Twin electrics kit is used but in working condition. I'd rather sell both together, but if someone wants the towbar and not the kit, I will split (not the other way round though !!) Towbar £165.00 Wiring Kit £55.00 (both prices + postage) Would prefer collection, but will post if required. I'll get some photos up later in the wek.....

Hi David, if you get left with the electric kit then I would be interested in buying it. I am looking for a fixed tow bar else I would be interested in both, unless you know a way to fit a fixed tow bar bracket on the end so I can fit my cycle carrier?
Thanks Andrew |

Having had a closer look, I don't think it's ever been fitted to a car....

As far as I can make out, the tourer tow bar is longer to clear the extra depth of the bumper.
I think on .org people have tried and if you put a saloon one on a tourer, the tow ball is closer to the bumper.

Hi David, I would like to buy the full kit, I have had a look at the pictures and I belive I can adapt my cycle carrier to the swan neck. If you still have it for sale would you accept £220 including delivary to the stoke-on-trent area? Also can you please comfirm if the electic kit include the link harness (Part No YMZ000150). Look forward in hearing from you and we can come to some agreement over the payment.
Many thanks Andrew |

It would appear to be sold.
I had several PM's and posts on here, so in the interest of fairness I've taken the earliest communication. If it falls through, I'll go to the next one in time order. Can't say fairer then that can I ?
