My wing mirror is slightly loose any ideas how to tighten

What the man means is, is it loose where it attaches to the door, or where the mirror swivels on the mount...

And Simon will be along soon to remind us that they're actually DOOR mirrors, and the last Rover to have wing mirrors was the P6
