aerial into head unit

i dont know if its snapped off, or it comes off, but the actual long plug bit which goes into the back of my head unit has fallen off and i cant find it

i know i should prob just pull the ashtray out but cant be bothered!!

anyway, anyone know if these can be bought as replacements?

basically my wire from the cars wiring is there, with its little cap on the end, but the metal tube bit which is on end of that and actually goes into the car is gone
