Default Well, it had to happen.

Well it had to happen. After 5 months of blissful fault free motoring in my 9 year old 75, and all that soul searching about whether to get belts done, plenums etc etc, I have indeed had something let go big style. I was a fool and indeed naive to think it would just run without fault for so long.

I'll get a new indicator bulb in the morning!

Yep, picked up last saturday. A Griff eh? Had two of them,a 4ltr in 1992 and a 500 in 1995 great memories and the first was my first life ambition achieved.
Bet it's easier changing a bulb on the 75 though!

Thanks sincerely for your kind offer, and I was sorely tempted until I realised that you're quite possibly a Wolves supporter,in which case as you kicked our behinds and walked off with 3 points last week I couldn't possibly.
Regards,
A Hammer!

My Dad bought her new in 1992 and she is the first Griffith that Kerridges ever sold. She is in Green (can't remember the proper name) with cream leather and a walnut dash. To date she has covered just over 14,000 miles and is totally original right down to the drivers door handle that the factory put on the wrong way round.

There is a nano meet in Walsall in May if you need help steadying the undertray quarter panel while you put the screws back in, and I am sure someone else will be on hand to pass you the bulb and self tappers
