Default Swap driver and passenger seat bases?

As my drivers seat is ever so slightly more tired than the passenger seat, is it possible to swap the seat bases around - much as you would rotate tyres?

Nick

Yep, I was hoping I could swap the leather/foam seat bases, rather than the metal sliding base they were on...
