Default Capturing an image from a .wmv file

Anyone know a quick and easy way of doing this, preferably without additional programs?

Print screen won't work - it captures the window, but not the still image from the paused video inside it.

(I own the copyright btw, it's nothing illegal)

If you use windows movie maker and import the wmv in it you can then capture "stills" from anypart of the movie. I believe movie maker is standard in XP/Vista now so you should have access to it?

Aha, that's perfect, I just didn't know it was there.

Thanks Christopher!
