Default Ruislip Lido Meet 22nd March

London & South Meet Now Postponed until May>Aug Ruislip Lido - HA4 7TY

Please be aware this is not an official 75 & ZT Owners Club meet and as such is not covered by the clubs public liability insurance. Also the Owners club take no responsibility for the meet in any way.

This is certainly equivalent to Caldecote MK.. Council owned free car park. Early start - Due to popularity of the Lido please use 1st Car Park on left and park in top left hand corner. http://www.hillingdon.gov.uk/ruisliplido 2.5 mile round trip 12 inch narrow gauge railway.
2 mile easy circular walk. Excellent Waters Edge Pub/Resaurant Sunday Carvery £7.29 Eat when you like.
No block booking. (Kids eat free in May) http://www.crowncarveries.co.uk/thewatersedgeruislip/

All Welcome - 75's and MG ZT's)
If the lower Car Park is open we will use that.
(Has not yet been open this year)
Reservoir Road, Ruislip, HA4 7TY - Only 7 minutes from M25 Junction 16 -There may be a T4 operator in attendance.

I will start off the list:-

1) harrisop48 - Eating
2) Nobby - Eating

Following recent enquiries from Alanjay as to the next London and South meet and Rick-sta about next the Ruislip meet I decided to set this one up. Killing two birds with one stone. However, there appears to be little enthusiasm for this meet at this time of year. I will try and organise one or two meets between May>Aug that have a better chance of being a success then. This is not in a fit of pique. I shall go to the Ely meet instead. Moreover, this is also for selfish reasons as it gives me the opportunity to attend the Sywell meet that should be confirmed for the 22nd.. Apologies to Paul, Alan, Rick and Mike for this postponement.

Regards, Peter.

Hi Peter.
You do realise that is Mothers Day and that restaurant is likely to be packed out.
Just a thought???

Put me down for this one and I'll be eating, especially as Woof hasn't said he'll be eating, that means decent portions left for the rest of us.

I also see Rick-Sta and Julien have raised questions which have been answered so come on guys, get your names down.
